super bowl uniform, coach, stadium chems

they arent working for me. the items all say they boost the team's players but I equipped the uniforms, coach, and stadium and my chem hasnt gone up at all

Sounds like its working as EA intended (not at all)

Never tried myself I have no interest in changing the playbooks.

What are these supposed to do for me? I see no explanatio.

You've gotta have ALL seven (7) components, otherwise you don't get much... the boosts aren't even that impressive, but makes sense if yer running full theme team.

I'm still trying to acquire the fEagles offense, i'll DEF use that... not sure about the rest.  I did add Andy Reid coach, for his boosts.  It's stupid how NOT clear any of this has been.

I honestly don't know, I can't commit to running all five or seven pieces. I think it's: 

1. Offensive playbook
2. Defense playbook
3. Stadium
4. Coach
5. Home uniform
6. Away uniform

I might be missing something. I think it's +1 ACC and some other crap that barely matters. Maybe +1 MCV also, which is decent, but will still get cooked but any cheat motion or corner, zigs and drag routes.

Equip all of the following 7 items for the Chiefs or Eagles in your lineup to receive +1 PBF, +1 TAK, +1 CIT, +1 POW, +1 ACC, +1 PUR, +1 MCV boosts to all players in your lineup from the same team:
