2 Components for Super Bowl Past Boost?

After upgrading Devin White all the way it says I need two components to get boosts for 95/96 past players. What's the other component?

Trent Williams but you can’t get both to 95 to even activate it smh

While it says "1/2 total players" on my fully upgraded Trent Williams - Equipped is checked and it shows up as an active chemistry impacting the right players. This appears to be a text error?

Yeah it makes no sense. I don't think I have the correct boosts if it is just a text error also.

These guys also cost a 95 to upgrade, really no reason not to let us upgrade all of them.

so devin white gives the boost?

Just double checked. My Devin white is maxed out and my super bowl past guys are receiving 0 boosts.

Mine isn't working. Equipped is checked as well for me. On the chemistry tab it doesn't show anyone being affected and says 1/2.

Same. Checked agility on all my guys because it's the easiest to cross check and nobody is receiving any boosts
