There is no schemes in this game other than scheming how to attack EA's poorly coded AI.
Football logic doesn't apply to Madden. It hasn't in awhile. I'm not sure it ever will again.
Once EA decided that 8 DBs on the field was the best defensive front to stop the power run game, I knew it was done.
