Obviously Calvin is very desirable and I’m looking to get him this season. What exactly do you have to do to get him? I understand you can’t just have 3200 RP, but once you make top 100 can you be knocked off? Are exactly 100 people getting the card on each platform?

EA has changed the rules on this mode EVERY...SINGLE...MONTH. I wouldn't hold your breath on what is exactly needed to get Calvin and if he's attainable.
We still don't know if the top 100 is paid out per console, or the top 100 amongst all consoles. You are going to need to play games non-stop the last couple days of the month and hope you stay in the top 100.
You can always check the leaderboards, if you're not in the top 100 there you can assume you're not getting the item.

I turned off cross-platform so I only see the leaderboard for Xbox. I was in the top 100 at the end of the month, but only received Washington. Is it safe to say that all the platforms are combined into the same top 100 then?

The platforms are definitely not combined into the same top 100 I'm 100% positive of that. I got Sapp easily because I play on PC, I think I had like around 3600 RP. Whereas I was hearing you needed to be at 4800 to get him on Xbox. It's possible you got knocked off the xbox top 100 and didn't realize

This. They change it as they go on a whim. Nobody really knows what they going to do but it should be top 100 across all platforms. Otherwise what's the point of calling it top 100? Or they need to rename to top 1k or something and keep those that hit top 100 in that top 1k list.
