what solos is best to do for this, thanks
Solo battles return to your 1 yard run 99 pass play on 2nd run all the way to your 10 throw it away get penalty run 99 repeat but run it in on forth for td on D fg block let them score rinse repeat
go to the training solos; the easiest and first one's of the year. Repeat, over and over.

I think the rush yds/tds for field pass only track in solo seasons/battles and H2H; otherwise this would be the easiest way.
Training Camp>TD Territory is best for passing/rushing yards and passing/rushing TD
A little grindy for sure but by far the best one. For passing you can just chuck it down the field each time and get 75 yards. For rushing just spam HB Stretch
Same goes for sacks and INTs whenever it's part of field pass. Just select Training Camp>Hold the Line. I always grind INTs using this method. Always run Cover 2 and spread the line, you won't get one every time granted but it's much better than using the return man play like some suggest
Edit- Keep in mind two out of the four weekly objectives require you to play solo battles/seasons or H2H to track the stats. In that case solo seasons is best imo as the games are quick and even on the higher difficulties it's still fairly easy
i use the dolphins hispanic herirage solo. there’s one in there where you start on the 5 and can get 95 yards each attempt

But they do, in fact count.
I do the unstoppable solo for Justin Jefferson - you start on the 5 yard line. so 95 yards a pop each time.
It's a load of work and boredom but I just use my fastest player, Deon on a jet sweep and to make it even easier, switch the sweep you like best and flip it from play to play to give you a wide open field in front of you.
