it’s like Omaha but for defense. I went against Ray Nitsche with it and you need a 30 yard play or something to deactivate it

They should make a specific HR where these abilities are allowed. Someone’s SB shouldn’t be decided by this shit man

That's what EA decided to do to make people spend. The game is a gigantic piece of garbage and once again, abilities are ruining the game. It's a shit product regardless but having less abilities and x factors would make it much better. All these cheap x factors and abilities are just another way to bring casuals into the mix and get them to spend. Certain abilities are ok i guess but in a comp online sports game, x factors should NEVER exist.

I feel like the Superbowl promo last year was solid. Not too crazy with abilities and the theme team was useable for a while. This year they said fuck it and decided to make it another money sucking promo where abilities decide the games and not the player.

These type of abilities are soo fucking dumb they don't belong in the game

Yeah, I played a game against this, and had trouble gaining any yardage toward deactivating it. Terrible, terrible ability. As an unearned ability, it's unacceptable. It's worse than Aiden Hutchinson's Momentum Shift from MUT 24, and as bad as starts-on Omaha was, way, way, way worse.

I get it, it sucks, but everyone is running the same plays anyway.

I just finished watching a top player's Twitch stream and he only had two defensive plays under his Favorites tab.

He only ran Dime 3-2 Cover 4 with the LB swing blitz and won the game 52-0.

Do you honestly need Omaha against these guys?

If anything all this B.S. is annoying; abilities automatically make the mode "Arcade" because the gameplay is non-sim, so they should be disabled in "Competitive" modes.

But people seem to like this fake brand of Football and that's why EA won't ever fix anything, they'll just give us an AP discount to STFU.

All the new stuff combined with the guys that no huddle quick snap so you can’t make defensive adjustments.

ngl, i used it for a bit. i took it off and replaced it with momentum shift so i dont have to play omaha. by the time i was done adjusting, got on ray, and was ready to look at the play they had already snapped the ball lol. with me those abilities make me over-think and play worse, they are also just stupid to use.
