Is anybody currently running one?
I figure with Team Diamonds, Team Builders, and Team Captains it might be possible at this point, but haven't mapped it out.
Once the mystery players with 3x team chems go active it definitely should be

Yes it is. You would need:
52 players, all with one of the three chems
+4 Team Captains with max available upgrade tokens
+4 Epic Team Chemistry Strategy Item
+12 Team Builders with Upgrade Tokens
+10 Team Diamonds
That gives you +2 in wiggle room, in case you still lack 3 million coins for Team Diamonds Julius Peppers. One or two Rookie Premieres can also help. However, a lot of teams are starting to suffer from having their best players also be past Team Builders releases. For this reason, I’m running a 20x4 lineup with Bills/Chiefs/Commanders/Eagles. I could even go 25 Commanders if I spring for Peppers, but I’m not paying that price for +1 STR for each of my offensive linemen.
