I've been stuck on 4/20 wins and it won't go up no matter what mode I'm in. I need one token and i can't get it. Any tips??

Check to make sure you have two Playoffs players in your lineup. (This one got me a couple weeks ago.) Also make sure that you're playing games that count. The AKA Icons Iconoclash event doesn't count toward wins for that objective.

Make sure you have the playoff upgradable player you selected from the welcome pack in your lineup. If you do, then solo seasons, solo battles and H2H should track.

I 100% have him and a bunch other playoff guys in my lineup but I'll try a solo season to see if that works

Nah it still didn't count i definitely have him in the lineup, i don't even know how it tracked in the first place because the description of the challenge says it only tracks for certain guys and not mine. But even then there's no more objectives that have my guy there was only three

That's all you'll get. Look for other objectives or challenges that have the Upgrade Token. I'm assuming you've gotten all of the tokens from the field pass.

Was there a token that came with the players in the welcome pack?

Might have been. Often are. Can't remember for sure with this one. If you haven't done so already, filter your items by Playoffs and see if you have an orphan token.

From what i looked up apparently there was supposed to be a welcome token but i didn't get one. I stripped my player of the tokens and filtered by newest and i didn't get one with the welcome pack. That explains why there's no more for me to get.

Did you check your unopened packs? I don't remember if it was the Playoffs Welcome Pack, but one was kind of funny; a packs-in-packs sort of setup.

i don't have anything to open at all i think i straight up didn't get it. is there a way i can like complain or report it to ea?

There is a Help EA option. I’ve never tried to access it, but I think there’s a link in the game itself somewhere.
