Does anyone have success with just the standard 4 man front if so mind sharing some tips. I'm big on taking away the first read and letting my pressure get there before the other person can make it to his 3rd option. I'm struggling getting pressure and my Dline is pretty decent so why are they allowing so much time for my opponent.
46 defense (Speed)
Base Align
don’t auto flip defense
play zone
jam the heavy slot
take away the next read
I run bnog and nickel over with Epenesa (Edge Threat and El Toro), Buckner (Double or nothing), and Bonitto (Edge Threat and DoN Xfactor). I get a very good organic rush from this combination. Keep them guessing with your coverage shells and you'll be surprised with the level of player you can beat.

There's multiple ways to generate pressure while sending just four. Nothing in this game will be 100% consistent, but i would encourage you to research some of the basic "loop" style blitzes that have been popular this year. For example, from this 3-4 Odd (Cover 4 Quarters) my coaching adjustments would be; Autoflip OFF (because we come out with this play FLIPPED on every down, Alignment = Base, RPO defense = Conservative... everything else is entirely up to you.
May take a few repetitions before you get the muscle memory down, but my own pre-snap adjustments are as follows:
- shift LBs right, then move the blitzing (looping) linebacker over to roughly where my USER (MLB01) would normally stand, placing the looper slightly above my user.
- then proceed to set up any coverages you desire -- i prefer having hard flats in many instances, so i would simply Shade Down.

This type loop blitz can be run out of basically any play in this formation. If you'd prefer to try and send pressure from Dollar (Dime 1-4) or something else entirely, we can certainly discuss. This is one of the easier setups and still reliable to this day. It's extremely frustrating if the opponent cannot block it, as pressure regularly arrives in 2-3 seconds, max. I love Manti Te'o as my looping blitzer, he's got 95 SPD and 99 ACC on a 40/40 theme team. Use whatever works for you, ideally fast (and small player model, to avoid getting hung up on O-line blocking).

Nah definitely don't do this. This glitchy crap ruins the game.

Don't hate the player, hate the game. And it's not terribly difficult to block, double-team the DT and ID the looping SUBLB, while keeping your RB in to block.
Regardless, nothing is going to prevent the game from being a buggy-ass, inconsistent mess... loop or not. And yer about to have to deal with Unstoppable Force from Superbowl promo, so these loops are the least of yer concerns. Bad game mechanics are not a "glitch" but yer welcome to call things whatever you want, accurate or otherwise.

The fact that you have to block 6 against 4 rushers is what makes it a glitch. It's terrible coding and people that abuse it make a bad game worse.
i try not use metas because I like to reward myself but I have a lot of succes outa dimecover 2

You're not wrong -- the O-line blocking is potentially one of THE worst aspects of an objectively not good game, filled with tons of bugs and random inconsistencies. What an absolute mess. Sadly, things are not going to get any better. The majority of the team have already moved on to Madden 2026, this is basically in maintenance mode at this point midway through the cycle.
