you haven’t been getting them? jokes. they keep removing all the good stuff like Mut Master, Mut rewards and the ability to use alternate uniforms of all things
big step back last few years and it shows in the current EA stock price. They have gone way into focus with their MCS and competitive scene and forgot what kept their actual fan base playing.
even their communication has fallen off since the Kraelo era, so many late releases and missing rewards with no communication of fixes. The SB Douglas was just inserted into my binder after 2 weeks, not a single tweet of awareness + solution to their paying customers

The sad part is they have lowered the bar of expectations so far and massively messed every little thing possible up so badly, im actually mildly impressed they eventually even gave you douglas. With or without communication.
It has somehow actually just become "acceptable" and normalized for them to literally not give people what they paid for/earned in recent years.
