Im looking for a good defensive playbook, I tend to run cover 3 but am not stuck to that. I have good players everywhere but especially good blitzing OLBs any recommendations?

Ravens has some good cover 3 looks but takes a lot of substituting players from certain 3-4 formations if you prefer your ROLB to drop in coverage
