Help with zone d

Ive been playing a predominantly zone d due to my cbs being ok at best. When someone motions a player over, a few defenders switch sides but play their original zone. How do I get them from not switching or play the right zone coverage.

Turn off auto flip

Turn auto flip off and be aware, even with auto flip off, cover 6 and some others will still try to move this way against bunch sets.   When I see this I audible and reset or audible to another d... both keep your players in place
