I dont know what causes these but they always happen to be in the 4th quarters of one possession games

And on all different routes...sometimes wheel, sometimes crossers, sometime streaks

Jeff Garcia throws a bullet right to the other teams DB

Do I have to remove gunslinger?

Better to throw recklessly than throw randomly. What's the point of throwing faster if it just hastens your demise?

I've heard folks suggest Quick Draw as a better option. I haven't tried that yet.
