This is the worst Madden ever because EA uses generative AI to keep every game close

Go up 16-0 against someone who tells you they work at McDonald’s at 30. Next int you throw will be a pick 6. 16-7. Your next drive you will get Insta shed by a free season pass player who isn’t even fully boosted. You go 3 and out. Opponent is given blown coverage and scores. 16-14 in the blink of an eye. Every game goes like this. They won’t let you just stomp on someone so everyone feels like they’re good at the game and never stop playing. Just horrible honestly. I very truly hate this Madden as someone who has played since 2001. Madden with training wheels.

Great I literally finished top 200 in MCS and I complain about it as much as possible and the NFL is genuinely considering switching developers right now so I’ll keep complaining and you can keep defending a corporation like the brain dead person you are

You said it right….make inferior players feel good about themselves so they keep playing and BUY MADDEN POINTS. There‘s no other reason why this game plays this way. 
 

I’ll keep  playing the rest of the year but I’ve changed my mindset to not care about winning/losing because I know I’m at the mercy of what the game decides is going to happen. 
 

I quit playing The Show a couple years ago for this exact reason too. Unfortunately it’s just how these games are going to be made these days.

What I can’t understand is how my quarterback still has the same outcomes mostly on passes on plays I’ve been running since September. I’m about six stat points away from a 99 overall or endgame as they say it, i thought earlier in the year that these passes we’re being thrown out of bounds or missing the player because I was in the 80s ,well that’s not the case . Can it be the Game is choosing these outcomes. What else could explain it ?

I don’t know if it’s the worst Madden but I get it if others do. You may be right when you add in the idea that this Madden may be actively contributing to its own demise. I would also say that it isn’t as simple as a 99 stat always beats a lower number in the same stat category. EDIT: These are examples of other things impacting our game in a similar fashion. EDIT. Crap programming, an old engine and thresholds among them. The big one being abilities. Even the algorithm (or algorithms) itself has multiple potential outcomes to each interaction that occurs in game. More of EA’s famous probabilities. Wouldn’t it be nice if they let us take a look at what’s under the hood so to speak. Never gonna happen.

I’ve hardly seen or heard any news on the negotiations between EA and the NFL since November. I think. Are you referring to something that happened after that?

Who could blame you or anyone for thinking EA would intentionally manipulate anything and everything to get those doll hairs. This company paid John Madden $150 million for his NIL in perpetuity. Clearly this company thinks well ahead when they believe the outcomes necessary, beneficial or lucrative.

I hope that by age thirty, the man would at least have excelled into an assistant managers role. 
 

tbh this description strikes me as the type of person who WOULD be better than madden than me.
