are the 95 team diamonds impossible at this point?
i got coins, but i never remember most sets being stuck at 94 in late january…
i see folks in h2h with multiple 95 ovr players and it seems impossible to actually buy any of them
should I just logoff until there is parity for higher rank comp?
Use the zero chill players. Alot of them are great value, even most ltds are down to rental value.
You can have your cards rating increased by chemistry. I run a Bills theme team and all may Bills players are 1-2 points higher than the rating on their card. This is likely what you are seeing rather than Team Diamonds players.
I've been tempted to pick up 1-2 95s for the TT, but I get the feeling they are going to crash hard very soon.

You could always keep working the Auction House until you can afford what you want. If you have enough coins, you can sometimes buy and flip Team Diamonds items until you have enough that you feel good about keeping them. (Note: These may crash soon, so if you haven't been watching the prices carefully, you'd be rolling the dice.)
There are a lot of good cards that aren't Team Diamonds. The high-OVR items that are probably problematic for you would be the Team of the Month items like Derwin James Jr with 0 AP Mid-Zone KO. We got away from Zero Skill 22-abilities-on-each-side-of-the-ball teams, and now it's just raw money teams dominating with Mid-Zone KO everywhere.

nah, with the team boosts:
the players were 96-97…
one guy had a team of mostly team diamonds and ltds
i am just annoyed at the pace of cards and the weird team diamond 95s that are impossible to make in a set

EA was pretty flagrant with the pay-to-play model this year. I faced one of these earlier tonight. His user control was sorry, and I got some good RNG's, but the odds eventually caught up to me, and once he started throwing in RPO and zone-AI-busting route combos, and that was the end of me being competitive.
