Auction house not showing all cards available

On my second account, I can not see all the cards available. Any way around this?

There is a delay now for cards so you may not always see them right away. Certain cards will take 3-4 minutes before they show on your side.

Also, on the EA site it explicitly says that users will only see listings for their own console type. So an Xbox user won't even see listings posted by a PS user, etc. I also see that stuff in the companion app and I've wondered if it's due to being browser based or something. But I've never tried to buy something on the app that doesn't show on the console.
