Dumb EA...hitstick tank and forward progress

Does EA not know what forward progress is??

I guess not

My RB with tank ran for a 1st down, crossed the yard line needed...then got hit sticked twice and got pushed back 5 yards

They didnt give me the first down, even though I had already crossed it

That happens to me all the time even without tank. Lol so annoying.

If were gonna give em a hard time for not fixing the game so that basic rules work correctly I still go back to the now YEARS long problem where they incorrectly call "illegal contact", particularly in the cases where the ball has already been thrown and completed and the offensive player has run into YOU to block you. Lol i cannot BELIEVE this is still in the game.

If you ever get stuck usering a DLineman, they get called for illegal contact all the time...even while correctly defending passes, such as lurking for an int without even touching the WR

However DBs can maul WRs and never get called for anything

No i mean my dbs get called for "illegal contact" while trying to fight thru a downfield block initiated by the wrs/tes etc even AFTER a screen or rpo type play is COMPLETED. lol if anything some of these should probably be penalties against the offense, for illegal man downfield or, if its just a WR or TE, some of them are literally OFFENSIVE PI. Eirher way almost none of them should be called illegal contact. Youre not allowed to block me without me being able to fight through it. Lol

Happens to me all the time . I run tank and love it , but it’s the only negative about it . Sometimes it’s best to stop trying to go forward and just fall down. Really stupid .

The illegal contact after a missed pass is so annoying as well .

My other favorite is running Cover 3 , out of 3-4 bear formation . My SS always goes off side . You would think they would fix that already but nope . I basically can’t run that formation anymore .
