Like I said I can send you a link to the documents if you really want to see them, I would have to find them again but it shouldn’t take that long. You can also look for yourself. They went to court years ago about DDA being in madden and fifa and the plaintiff lost while EA won. lmao I looked into this excessively because I also thought it might be real myself. People just use DDA as an excuse for a poorly made game. Things happen both ways, it’s not DDA.
Good day
This was a very interesting read. I enjoyed it. I looked over the case, and it didn’t necessarily say that there is no DDA in the game. They just did not provide enough proof. This is basically what it boiled down to.
EA denied these claims, stating that they do not use DDA and that any perceived difficulty fluctuations are simply due to the game's mechanics and player skill levels.
Following EA's public statements and evidence, the plaintiffs decided to drop the lawsuit, signifying that they did not have enough evidence to proceed further.
now this does not prove by any means that there’s no DDA in the game. Once again it only was dropped because these three individuals did not provide enough proof.
