Why when the game disconnects you?

Why do I get a loss.  I didn't do it EA did

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way around that when you lose connection to the ea servers. That's happened to me a handful of times this year and I've gotten the loss each time as well. 

Best thing you can do is make sure you're hardwired over wireless and that's about the main thing you want to control.

It still happens hard wired ... The issue are on their end

Completely agreed. 

I was just mentioning in general the only thing we can really control is to hard wire. There will unfortunately be disconnects we can't control on our end.

I don’t get disconnected often, but I can guarantee that when I do, I’m playing in a Super Bowl. So incredibly frustrating.
