It's a trash patchwork game year after year, unless they take a year off its still gonna have issues. There is no dda, just people that spend a ton of money and feel they deserve to win every game. Scheme > team

But I've also had games stolen from me by flawed programming
Bad coding does exist but not a pre determined outcome .

Man plays a game where he can literally set the difficulty settings himself but thinks the game can't do it on its own.
ELO is important for telling whos better than who lol. in a ranked mode its imperative, every game has it

Do you notice when you go to the mut settings that option isn’t available? EA owns the patent to DDA but it’s just not implemented into online gameplay. I can send you links to documents that were used in court to prove it’s not used online.
Good day,
my take on this is that it has become very suspicious or coincidental that majority of the games that I’ve played this year and the last 2 years are always nail biters and very rarely. Is there a blowout and this is coming from playing against very good players or playing someone that is not as good as well. Now I don’t know if this applies to the people on this website and their records, but most of my friends have literally the same exact argument .
So my question is, how can this be possible ?

So EA gets a patent for a setting...but claims they never use it???
That'd be like me buying a Lamborghini, but instead of driving it, i just hide it in my garage?
It’s not even remotely the same but good try. You also sound really dumb because a lot of people that do buy Lamborghini‘s actually rarely drive them and do keep them in their garage. Most lambos have under 10k miles due to the depreciation of value once they hit around that mile mark.
As someone already pointed out EA has made their stance on DDA in Madden quite clear. There could be other types of things that can be added to the game that may result in similar outcomes. They could call it making gameplay more realistic or creating a more consistent user experience. I’m sure they came up with a much better way to design and phrase it. If such a thing exists. Aliens! I can’t toss out the premise that crap coding is skewing the results as well.
Side note on the subject of EA patents. They hold over 1000 patents. Some of them are pretty interesting. Last month they made 23 patents of theirs related to accessibility open source. Maybe they aren’t just money hungry?

There are patents that have been shared showing that EA manipulates the on field performance to encourage engagement and spending.

It shows that it can. There’s a difference in showing it can and if it does. If you could show me where it says it’s used in online gameplay I would like to see that. I’ve looked into this for years and I’m almost positive I’ve seen pretty much everything related to this matter.

I’m not triggered at all. I’m just trying to get people to understand that DDA is not in online games. If you don’t want to listen that’s fine.

So, your argument is they patented DDA but don’t use it?

It’s not an argument. There are court documents stating that fact. Like I said I can send you a link to the documents if you really want to see them, I would have to find them again but it shouldn’t take that long. You can also look for yourself. They went to court years ago about DDA being in madden and fifa and the plaintiff lost while EA won. lmao I looked into this excessively because I also thought it might be real myself. People just use DDA as an excuse for a poorly made game. Things happen both ways, it’s not DDA.
