GS while experimenting has been overthrowing passes. It's not needed if your QB has a relative quick release n good throw power threshold. Like everyone is saying PLE/SFE is the better choice. Now that discounted abilities are coming out waiting for a QB with discounted PLE
Unquestionably Gunslinger is broken. I removed it, and started punishing blitz spammers by connecting on out routes and slants. But for as long as I had it on my quarterback, I would repeatedly overthrow passes where my receiver had burned the pressing cornerback.
I like the idea of running Quick Draw. But I wish the game would be more realistic with user movements. I'm seeing a lot of unrealistic agility from the newest batch of users, and I'm getting picked off by players whose 220 lbs. of inertia should still be carrying them south long before they were able to go north.
it’s mandatory for me. i can live with an over throw long as i can get the ball off vs pressure
also helps that lamar gets it for 2ap
I’m in the super minority but I love pass lead elite well worth it for my playstyle with 2 ap to spare for tank for my rb. All I need 🤷♂️
I just can’t go with out it, at this point it’s just a consistency thing. Of course you do not need it.
the overthrows are not often enough for me to give it up. its rare with my current qb.

I was using McNabb. I couldn’t complete a bullet on a streak or corner, and would sail outs and ins as well.
Were my MAC rolls that bad that I missed 80% of my Gunslinger throws while other MUT players were missing 20%?
I’ve been enjoying set feet lead and inside deadeye on Caleb Williams… I’ve ran inside deadeye all year long and plan too the rest of the year.
Set feet lead in my honest opinion isn’t as game changing as last year , or really not worth 5ap right now but I don’t care for hot route master or any other meta abilities rn.
kinda worthless too use ap on my backs or receivers until more tank and hjs for 1 ap come out
I loved tank but would tend not too put on conservative and my receivers would often get smacked and fumble
I stopped using it on Josh Allen too many overthrows for me since I took it off Josh Allen has been alot more accurate

Should be fine. I use RG3 currently with 87/87 mid / short, 94 Deep. The specific throw he overthrows is a deep crosser type throw to the right side of the field. Typically I feel like I pass lead it when I shouldn't, but its the gamble of under throwing for a pick. If it is on the run, or a touch throw, should be OK, but ya he over throws it more often than not.
All the other throws feel OK.
I never had any issues with it on Young

110% better. Other than Master Tach, it's the best.

But it can also harm cuz a lurking user picks the ball off easier when close to the los. Without it the ball has a higher arc and even though slower it goes over some defenders that otherwise would pick it of.
I personally rather use slinger and not sfl if I had to choose. But I use both right now
Everyone should be running Gunslinger and Gift wrapped. Sheds are too OP on this game. Every uses a looping blitz or some type of mug blitz. The DBs close out on the routes way too quickly so you need a hot pass.
Gift wrapped is needed because the game is ass when it comes to catching the ball offense and defense. Too many bobbles and dropped balls on 3rd and 4th down conversion attempts.
Every other ability is just preference.
Stop with this RG3, Josh Allen argument that their release is too quick. It's BS. Ask anyone that plays 2k. You want the fastest release possible so the defense doesn't get a chance to contest the pass or shot. No one says give me the slowest release possible. Stop making excuses and get the timing down. They have options to change the timing in the menus.

Until you realize Gunslinger causes inaccurate throws and overthrows. You're not special or different

And until you realize that your problem is the user, you'll stop crying about it. Get better or recognize your hand eye coordination is not that good. I'm 40 and can snipe on cod successfully, hit 60-80% green shots on 2k. And dot my receivers on Madden very well.
Gunslinger has been a necessity for years. Stop letting Youtubers that don't play the damn game regularly tell you any different. Most Youtubers today hop on this game to spend points on packs and sell you their latest gambling or coin buying sponsor. They dont play madden anymore haha.
