Less than 48 hrs left! I’m so ready for zero chill to be gone. So many people think they‘re Just the best madden players, but whole time they have a team full of zero chill people abusing the free abilities. Who else ready for this to be over?

I just finished Ranked so honestly indifferent, but I for one really enjoyed the ZC 0 ap gameplay and, although ready for a change, will look back fondly on these times. Same goes for MUTmas Draft.

Yeah the frozen 0 ap abilities being gone will be nice indeed and the ZC boosts & Chem will still be huge for some time yet so these cards will still be fun to use.

I was ready 2 weeks ago when I sold my team of zc made plenty so I build a new team but either the zero chill cards could handle the cheezers or now that all I play againsts

It won't matter, and at this point, you should hope it sticks around...
EA found the winning formula (get people to constantly want to upgrade their entire roster) last year w/ ZC/SB/combine, and we are again in the midst of it. The playoff promo will have the same discounted abilities and/or boosts to playoff cards the same way ZC did.
The only thing that has changed, is EA is now downgrading the older promo's buffs, so you are either going to be behind, or you're going to have to pony up the coins (EA hopes you pony up the $$$) to stay up w/ the meta. Last year the ZC team was still relevant/useful because the ZC TT didn't downgrade. This year it will. Not sure why this is being celebrated.

Don't get me wrong. I haven't played the past 2 years but I got the game for free with the mountain dew promo had a lot of fun. So I changed out my o line and have all the motivator legends as back up to high ove legends. So have a 96 o line. The family promo is nice. Grabbed both watts and Harrison wr ltds. I like the discount on abilities.

Ah gotcha. I had no clue EA gave out copies for free anymore w/ any promo. That's dope
In a perfect world there would be zero abilities. THP would matter for QBs, so you wouldnt have to worry about gunslinger. DBs could actually catch the ball, and play their zones properly (knockouts/pick artist), etc. etc. etc.
EA only cares about engagement/profits, so I'm fearful we are about to hit the same spot in the game last year where all that matters is discounted abilities, and UNLIKE last year, I feel they are going to remove stacks from older content that had these, and only introduce them on new cards making most older content almost unusable.
I hope I'm wrong. I dont have much faith in EA though.

Same people winning with a zero chill team are the same people that were winning before and will win after. A solid scheme on both sides and limiting mistakes doesn't change the game. People allowed the change to a more rpg style game with abilities and this is what's it become.

Im praying too lol the legends o line with the motivators are nice. I hope it doesn't go away. The promo was mostly for world of Warcraft which I play more than Madden but I had enough points so I got the game . But since I sold all my zero chill cards I definitely noticed I'm more prone to the cheese plays.
