Why do I always get a Disconnect when playing solo battles

Good day, everyone  

I’m trying to get the season five collectible. I had some spare time and I figured. Let me see if I can get this accomplished. I’ll play solo battles but unfortunately, I experienced a disconnect , it’s very annoying to sit there for X  amount of time only to have the game just lose connection. It always seems to be when I’m racking up stats. Can the game not hold up to this  command? 
Meanwhile, we have companies like Nvidia showcasing their new product and amazing technology yet EA which is a multi billion dollar company can’t manage to hold a game where I’m not even online with another player. 

 I don’t even have the time to do this again. I gotta say it’s very frustrating. Trying to play this game no matter where I  go whether it’s online play , solo battles , franchise ,  squads . There’s always something wrong.

Are you hard wired or wifi? I rack up stats on solo battles and i dont disconnect

There have been a lot more SB disconnects over the past week to week and a half. Not sure why. But I have noticed it as well.

I used to get disconnects from Madden all the time. It would never happen to any other game. My ISP upgraded the 5+ year old router and I haven't had a disconnect since.

Based on my experience, EA will disconnect if your data rate goes below a certain threshold.  This may vary by EA server, internet service provider, country or any number of other factors.  

When my data rate reliably and consistently went over 50 MBS my disconnects stopped.

I cleared my save data and cache on Xbox and my disconnects went away.  I'll probably periodically do this in the hopes I can prevent it altogether because I have been averaging at least one rank disconnect a day. 

I have 11 disconnect losses in ranked already which is very frustrating.  After trying everything I feel the clearing of all save data has made the biggest difference in preventing it.

This is my go to as well. I notice it helps me as well sometimes when the menus start getting sluggish.
