How to get Backfield Master on any RB?

While looking around in my CFM, I noticed a few running backs get Backfield Master (Travis Etinnene, Josh Jacobs and a few others.) I have had several people tell me any runningback can get it. I noodled around with some attributes and could never get it to unlock or be an option. I also removed it from one player and it was no longer available. So apparently it is a natural baked on ability. Someone also suggested that you players had to be a specific archetype, but that doesn't work out because several of the RBs with it all have different archetypes.

Is there anyway to get it or is it exclusive to just a few backs? I am really surprised Jamyr Gibbs did not have it.

Yeah I was refering to players in franchise mode. I could never find a definitive list. At one point maybe everyone got it, but I am wondering now if only a select few get it.

oh i read over the CFM part. im not sure on the requirement needed for franchise mode. different archetypes need different thresholds in ultimate team. unsure if the same thing applies to franchise.
