Does QuickDraw stack with Gunslinger?

Curious how Gunslinger and Quickdraw interact?

Given QD is only 1 AP would it stand to reason it is a cheap substitute for GS that only triggers under pressure?

Anyone use cliffhanger? I tried it a bit and it seems like you still get those stupid weird deflected incompletions.

Quickdraw is specifically under pressure so you'd technically want to stack with fearless imo
