Mystery pack roll over - RESULTS

Prices being very cheap, mystery pack only being 1,800 training, and most likely a overall bump in Thursday with the campus heros, just adds up to be a solid way to make some coins AND have some fun with it too :)

so this is the one year where I have too many coins to deal with(watch me post something in a few days where I lost half my coins lmao)

I wasn’t too picky on the prices, I tried to get 89’s for like 29k, then I saw swift post a video on it and those became really hard to get, so I just said whatever and got 91’s for about 80k per 

Anyways so I decided to re roll until I had 100 packs of non promo packs excluding legends(mid field, red zone, legends, and pro ace fantasy packs) and keep them until the next overall bump which is probably this Thursday with campus hero’s 

conveniently, I ended up spending about 1 mil on the packs, quick math that’s 10k per pack 

and my packs I ended up with were

70 mid field packs(gonna take a while)

25 red zone packs

3 legend packs

2 pro ace’s

And I keep all my gold players where i can put into the base item set, and some playbooks go for 7-8k which helps raises the packs floor on it

I will update this most likely on Thursday for the results

anyone else trying this potiental coin making pack?

Update: finished all the packs and my results 

Midfield packs were 💩, got 1 maybe 2  88’s but i got I think 2 82 plats as my best 

redzone packs were alright, got a bunch of 88’s for some reason and got a couple low platinums and 90 OOP tyreek 

pro ace were okay as well, mostly 87-88 in the second round, did pull a 91 which wasn’t bad 

i quicksold all the 80-87 and rolled the campus hero roll which again wasn’t that bad 

did all the calculations and i felt like i did REALLY bad. Ended up being very suprising and if everything sells i will profit about 200-300k

I was doing it before he posted, it made it harder to find good prices after he posted it

So 1) I love this idea, but 2) would love it more the longer you wait to open the packs.  What you’re seemingly banking on is an upleveling of pack results due to the season flip. The question is: “does season progression inflation offset the OVR boost?”  Lemme explain. Let’s say you bought most of the cards that were cashed in for training on, say, December 15 - right in the heart of Zero Chill. At this stage, 93s were the highest non-LTDs in circulation and, just to throw it out, a good “high end pack pull“ might be a 90. And at that time, you might be able to sell that 90 for 110k. 
 

Now, with the season flip, 110k gets you a 91 if you’re lucky (might require a 92), given the Playoff cards will be 94s at max. Doesn’t this suggest that, unless you bought all the training IMMEDIATELY before the season flip, price inflation washes the upside away?  I hope I’m wrong for your sake!!!

Building sets is more profitable, especially with campus program.

i banked packs before ZC came around and got burnt for a lot of coin (100 total RZ, midfield)

pre-ZC those mystery packs honestly were hitting so hard, they had to be glitched. even the 70+ OVRs were spitting out 80+ like candy.

can training go even lower than it is now? if so, you can lose quite the coin, especially if you didnt buy training at floor

Buying Mystery Packs means trading 86 OVR items for 70+ OVR Players. Sometimes you hit on something, but unless the packs are broken, they're often worthless. If you're online when a glitch is underway, great! Otherwise you could burn hundreds of thousands of coins on Playbook Set fodder.

I assume I did this before whatever Youtuber posted it, but I was getting all of my cards for at max 4 training per coin. Got 30 packs and only 4 were 70+. The rest were actual packs. Going to rip them on Thursday after CH comes out.

A lot of people do this before a bump in overall because odds get boosted as well.

  Just don't open the packs until CH goes live on Thursday.

   I got training at 4 per.  So each pack would cost me 7.2k.
