I finished the first three seasons of MUT 25 as follows:

Season 1: 83 OVR, 1.0 million coins
Season 2: 88 OVR, 1.1 million coins
Season 3: 90 OVR, 1.3 million coins

So how did I shoot up to 17 million in six weeks? Team Diamonds was a big part of it: I finished one master set early in December, and I finished the other master set earlier this week. I probably made 7-8 million there. The other part was LTD investing. It's hard to invest in LTD's when the cards are out of reach. After recovering from all of the coins tied up completing the Most Feared Collection Sets, I was finally able to start purchasing LTD's on a hold-then-sell basis, and I've made at least a couple million in just two weeks of hold, play, and sell.

But this reality of 'It takes money to make money' is exactly why I hate just how dominant early cash spenders are when it comes to dictating the markets in MUT. I cashed out of Zero Chill with the hopes that maybe come Playoffs or Super Bowl, I can field competitive teams for the remainder of MUT 25.

Things are a little feisty in here but I want to point out your comment about volatility lately. There have been so many coins to be made like this and I to have been trying to find ways to say that to whoever wants to listen but I guess I really suck at explaining it.

im also not very good at MUT. Madden wise I’m okay, but I am very very bad with coin management. The second I get enough coins to buy an upgrade I want my coins are all gone. have like 300k rn, but saving up for FS Micah, so they’ll be gone soon

It's a confusing OP. "You CAN build coins and /or a great team in MUT without spending money".

But you started by "spending money"? You paid extra for a version that gave you a head start. And it sounds like you did really well with that head start so props to you. But it is like Donald Trump claiming to be a self-made millionaire while borrowing and/or inheriting millions from his Dad. 

Having said that, I agree with you up to a point. I have a 91OVR team that's 35 Raiders. I bought the normal game and have just worked like a dog to generate enough coins to stay competitive. At least within my own stupid rules - Raiders TT, no Legends and no duplicate numbers. Its often a slog and I've never had a million coins, ever. It means the absolute top players are off-limits to me but I genuinely don't think it matters that much

I'm married with 2 children, a full time job plus 2 side hustles... i made just under 300k from the 4600 points (most of it was Plat players I used for 2 or 3 weeks before quickselling). Those first 3 weeks all the coins I had were from grinding Challenges/Solo Battles/Solo Seasons then investing them into sets that gave me 1.5k - 2.5k profit per set. I'd list then play while waiting for them to sell and then reinvest. When I got over 1m, I started making investments (mostly buying players for cheap early in the week that would play on my team then selling them over the weekend for small profit).

Eventually I found 3 or 4 players that I could snipe for cheap and sell for profit overnight and rinsing and repeating (these 3 or 4 changed roughly every few weeks). Then Id go to the store; find deals that introduced a flood of certain cards into the market then go scoop as many of those cards as I could afford. Then wait 2 or 3 days and sell them for a tidy profit when supply dries up and they go back up in price.

Sometimes, I'd take a loss during a week. But I leaned on my experience trading forex and stocks: I always locked away a reserve I never touched (either as raw coins or LTD/Platinums). That way I always had capital if a deal presented itself and I was never in danger of blowing my account

It took me about a month to make my first 1m. I'm now at 14m with another 2m and I only recently moved into Legends in H2H. This is because I'm far from elite at playing the actual game (but Ive gotten better as the year goes). II've never played ranked, champs or gauntlet and I played 4 games of ZC MUT Draft (won 2). I say this to dispel the notion that I've stacked coins by winning games and getting SB rewards (my best run was going 8-0 then falling 1 game short earlier this week). I plan to be at 20m in COINS and 2-3m in Binder investments going into the SB promo.

My team is usually 90% BNDs and/or LTDs. But I spoiled myself over Christmas with a 95 OVR team (which I've now sold back). I plan to start spending coins during the SB Promo through Sugar Rush then Ultimate Legends & Golden Tickets. Ive played every other Madden since 21 (21, 23 and 25) and gotten better at this as I've gone along. If I can do it with my age, schedule and mediocre game play then 70-80% of you young guns can do MUCH better.

PS: I'm in a discord with several guys who have upwards of 30m coins and are true "No Money Spent". I'd love to hear from other NMS Players doing well. Also feel free to share tips, ask questions, etc. I'm sure the community will be glad to assist.

You literally say "I'm not boasting about being NMS" and every comment is high roading you about not being "nms" lol. Most of the commenting part of the community can't read. You're dragging illiterate horses to a library. Some of us that can read, would be interested in your strategies. I find pockets of profit but haven't been able to come up with anything that works consistently.

I could care less if you are or aren't NMS, it's a completely useless title IMO.  Who gives a crap, no one.  People who say they are NMS are attention whores.  But being NMS is binary either you spent money on more than just the core game or you didn't.  There is no middle ground.

I agree. I used to spend a lot of time flipping thru the auction house in previous madden but as my time got limited I just jump into h2h and a few solo challenges if they’re quick. This approach works if you can compete with a team a tier below everyone else’s.

It’s a title I can gladly say I rock and its more towards kids like you who spend there whole life focused on a video game I get on maybe every now and then and still made top 100 in h2h  point is my team didn’t even get a upgrade from my 15 dollar pack say I pulled Calvin ss or a ltd I could see the point but I made 90k and I already had 46k when I started so I profited 40 to 50k in reality ea knows eat it does the more and more u spend the better odds u have etc hence why my pack luck is shit my best pull this year is a 91 vintage deion aka ill say if it was money I worked for I could see your point but in my case I didn’t hence why i myself have not spent a dime that’s like getting a Xbox gift card and not using it jus cause your to stubborn now whether u wanna admit or not your wrong idc ik what and what my team isn’t ravens theme team best In the game wish I was pay to win so I could go and get that ed reed now I’ll continue my tedious grind waiting on promos for free cards while others spend there paychecks on them

Sorry but you have it all wrong.  Not a kid, not even close.  I am a Gen X'er, we don't care about titles, we worked hard for what we want but didn't have to post it all over the internet and social media to tell the world we achieved it.  I could care less if you spend money on the game.  It's a game, you play it the way you see fit and what works for your lifestyle.  If you have hours to put into a single game to team build, great for you.  If you only play a few hours a week and choose to spend money to get some of the top players for your TT or just players you like(d), also good for you.  As I stated before, I don't care if you are or aren't NMS as it's meaningless to most, but don't go around trying to claim you are NMS when you did spend money and then try to justify it as there is a threshold of how much money you spend before you can't claim you are NMS.  NO MONEY SPENT, means just that.  Doesn't matter when you bought a $5 offer or a $100 offer.  If you claim you are Vegan but you have a piece of meat, you really aren't Vegan.

Also, just for the record I have a Dolphins/Cowboys TT because those are the 2 teams I have followed for over 45 years.

I see your point but if u murder someone and claim your innocent does that make you innocent point being money spent is something that gives you an advantage and in my case and a lot of other gamers a 15 dollar offer wasn’t a advantage now if u are spending 20 plus I could see your argument but From my experience I have played teams with all 99s in the past two days and on my grind to top 100 it was treacherous playing 96 ovr teams as a 89 and I was over it frl for people to spend that much money and effort into a virtual team is crazy all and all my team is probably worth a million or 2 but I have a lot of bnds because as stated I’m nms my best player is Aidan Hutchinson  who I got after I sold Haloti ngata mark Andrews and marshall yanda but it’s difficult I will say to compete with god squads but if you have the skill and strategy it’s pretty simple
