Make that 17 million. The intra-day volatility lately has been crazy.

I finished the first three seasons of MUT 25 as follows:

Season 1: 83 OVR, 1.0 million coins
Season 2: 88 OVR, 1.1 million coins
Season 3: 90 OVR, 1.3 million coins

So how did I shoot up to 17 million in six weeks? Team Diamonds was a big part of it: I finished one master set early in December, and I finished the other master set earlier this week. I probably made 7-8 million there. The other part was LTD investing. It's hard to invest in LTD's when the cards are out of reach. After recovering from all of the coins tied up completing the Most Feared Collection Sets, I was finally able to start purchasing LTD's on a hold-then-sell basis, and I've made at least a couple million in just two weeks of hold, play, and sell.

But this reality of 'It takes money to make money' is exactly why I hate just how dominant early cash spenders are when it comes to dictating the markets in MUT. I cashed out of Zero Chill with the hopes that maybe come Playoffs or Super Bowl, I can field competitive teams for the remainder of MUT 25.

You should chill out and try to grasp the point this guy is trying to make. You don’t need to spend money to play this mode. Yes he bought the deluxe version which probably helped a lot but you can play solos, find profitable sets, and snipe players to make a decent team. You get a ton a free legends from solos and some okay players just from the field pass. Zero chill draft mode and field pass can also net you a lot of coins and players. People need to stop complaining so much and just grind for their team or just buy points. Pick your poison, time or money

What he is saying has been said and done since MUT started, it's not some new idea that has never happened before. I'm not sure what the point of the thread is? Almost every MUT players knows you can play as NMS, it's not a special thing.

eh. with those 2 hours in the day you have to decide if you want play to madden or auction house. i have no interest in looking at the auction house screen for an hour a day.

Then that’s how u see it jus cause u feel like I 15 dollar purchase is a advantage over the community then have at it all I know is I made top 100 before I got the gift card at christmas so your point is irrelevant if I spent 50 or 100 on a bundle sure I get it that’s atleast 300k min to 500k plus if u pull heat but 15 dollars on a opportunity for coins that gave me maybe 90k in total ain’t pay to win I know for a fact nms for the past two years and been fine

For 2023 I worked the auction house and sets to earn millions NMS and my record and playbook skill level was meh .. did I feel like a wolf of Madden street sure but I didn't buy a football game to be a day trader....

This year I just don't care about being NMS elitist and this is the most fun I've had...

Fair point. And tbh, I don't really care about the "branding of NMS". Everyone should do what works for them. But my wider principle is "you don't NEED to burn your wallet to grow your coins/build your team"

In the 3 MUTs I've played, I've always targeted Christmas as the time to field my 1st TRULY competitive team. It takes patience & sacrifice but the fulfilment has been worth it.

Again I play primarily for the Team Management side so it works for me. Others are more interested in the competition element so I don't blame them for wanting to spend money. If I want a competitive fix early; I just play regs
