Losses seem to be a set 15 points deducted. Wins are related to whether you are beating someone significantly better than you or significantly worse than you. You will notice as low as 20 RP for a win of someone who you are expected to beat and I have gotten as much as almost 100 RP from beating someone that the stat said I shouldn't have
