Best playbooks? Also, is there literally no way to get pbs other than AH?

I have been running sf offense and sf defense all year, dont even remember how i ended up on them. Theyre pretty good, but been expireminting i usually use pats most years, so i tried them yesterday and today. Any other ones youd recommend checking out to diversify and change things up?

Also, is there a reason the sf playbooks are green and the pats ones are white/grayed out?

There is a set that requires like 5 70-79 gold cards (maybe it is 3), you can look for it under "Core Items."  You can pick any team offensive or defensive playbook (the specialist playbooks, like wildcat and 46, are a different set and those are random.

All the regular (team) playbooks are 100% guarantee you can build, with a handful of 70 OVR, however the Alternate playbooks can be a bit more difficult to acquire, as you get a random chance from the Alternate playbook set, versus a choice of all.  So those are typically best plucked from Auction House if/when you can find a deal.  Some of these playbooks may also bind to your account upon use, i think stuff liek Alternate 46 and Multiple D playbooks both became BND once I used them.  YMMV.

I'm using the Eagles on offense (after trying Detroit for a while), i'm basically a MTN Y Post merchant, it's THE best play in the entire game, IMO.  You can basically run an entire scheme from a single play, with a ton of variation.  Difficult to overstate how good the spacing is from the default, stock routes.  Add one or two quick adjustments, hike... win.  On defense i've pretty much been sticking to NE Patriots, although I spent significant time in Minnesota Vikings.  Heavy rotation of 3-4 Odd, although i do want to try and start learning some Nickel 3-3 stuff, been a while since I ran that and don't necessarily feel as comfortable calling it as i could, or should.

I must say, you have impeccable taste, using 49ers playbooks.  Good luck branching out.

Yes u can choose, the colts is really good, I personally  use the "run heavy " alternate playbook

Thanks, yeah i might try the colts as recommended after your post. Or the eagles. I forget which playbook is it thats the "fun" playbook? The oke with all the options and trick plays? It has very little regular plays, almost too little. If uou use this playbook youre a cheesy gimmick pony. Lol was it the ravens? Or is that the eagles?

Brother is spitting fire right here. Eagles is an amazing playbook with mtn y post and you can build an entire offense out of that and use literary only that play. However, eagles also has a formation called something like normal y off which has some amazing auto motion plays. And I'm sure it goes deeper then that if you wanted to learn it. But really there's no need as mtn y post itself will win you games as long as you can make a read and adjust to the defenses your opponent runs.
