Hero 3 or champion 1 for maxed out fields?

Little confused on what it means by get to the highest level in the tier, do you just have to make it to hero 3 or do you have to get all the way through 3 into champion to get fields?

any division in hero. whether it’s hero I, hero II or hero III. Champ I will get you fuller

you also can’t get both. you either end in hero for fields, or end in champ for fuller

if you just stop playing the mode until rewards are out, you’ll get fields
