EA still hasnt fixed Mutmas wins not counting

Basically if someone doesnt concede/quit early but finishes the full game...even if they lose by 3 scores...theres like a 50% chance the game wont count

So not only do you know have to wait and finish games, taking extra time instead of having peopel concede

But after all that effort, you wins still may not count

Why hasnt this been fixed yet?
