Can't get ea to help with missing twitch content

Any suggestions? I got all 4 packs for watching the twitch live but no 92 Lamar and didn't get my achievement award. Contacted ea and twitch. They say it's the others issue to fix. Twitch specifically says

After checking your accounts, if you are still having trouble accessing the reward in-game, please note that the developer of the game is responsible for fulfilling Drop rewards on their service. In this case it will be necessary to reach out to the game developer's team for assistance. While we have some visibility related to a Twitch account’s link-status, but we cannot see what specific game account was used or grant the rewards on their service ourselves.
