Or much earlier. That happened one year too. And IIRC it delayed everyone elses presents/pack offers etc because the people who were there to take advantage of the mistakes caused EA to shut everything down and "fix" it.

Let's be real here. Even EA doesn't know. Almost every promo there are delays and other stuff. Nobody can say when for sure. My guess is anywhere between 9-11:30 est

No one knows is the answer. 
 

Last year they staggered the presents opening so like the smalls converted to packs you could open at 6:00 am or something like that. Whereas the limited/lavish gifts didn’t open up until later in the day.
