I just opened a XL stocking pack and received the team builder present. When I went to quick sell the present for snow it says the servers were down and kick me out of ultimate team. I was able to immediately load back into ultimate team and I was left without the present and without the snow. has anyone else had this happen or know how I should contact for help?

Not sure it will work but someone said try going into the app to find lost packs.

smart . Back a month or so some packs would disappear and yeah you could open them in the app
