Based on the first 3 seasons it comes out a day or two once they release non-limited 94s.

Honestly I feel they are already outdated/irrelevant with the amount of ZC and GoM players out there.
I have converted mosts of my tickets for the 87+ Boom or Bust pack. Only busts until now though (was more lucky in S2).

Correct. But that''s not possible right now. I have completed all tasks and challenges (except everything related to online play as I play offline only) and I'm at Level 50 atm. So still several days away.
