Announcers just called Walter Payton, "Marcus Allen" for an entire game of WL.....so, I guess he's coming soon.

That's possible, but not a guarantee. He has been in the game in the past so they have play-by-play audio recorded for him. EA probably just has the announcer audio mapped to Marcus Allen accidentally.
