I didn’t do rookie premie last year so I wasn’t able to get the tokens. To make it work you have to have the team builders players.

I would build a main TT because they upped it to 30 players.  Eventually you’ll get the +2 speed.  I have mainly a packer TT with a minor in Vikings

Absolutely, yes it's worth it.  It's dead-simple to hit 20/30 on your favorite squad and getting what amounts to essentially +20 Speed (+1 * twenty players) is without a doubt worth it.  Especially considering how little cost.  Start "sniping" low-cost Gold players for various backup positions at or near minimum price.

As you progress throughout the year, keep in the back of your mind any potential secondary theme teams.  With all the various Team Builders (and Team Captains), it's become trivial to run hybrid theme teams.  I finally went 20 49ers, 20 Seahawks + 20 Lions and there's wiggle room for other bonuses, for example I'm still using 9/9 Most Feared Reapers to get above that minimum (90) threshold for both Man and Zone coverage status.

Yea it’s possible. I have 20/20/20 and 8 spots that are non tt players.

I have 25/20/5. Probably can get to 20/20/10. And still have a decent team. I’m rolling  falcons/chiefs/colts.

Thanks to the higher-than-usual number of All-32 Chem players, it's not hard to get to 20 for the +1 SPD. In the case of some teams, it's probably cheaper to build a theme team than it is to try to get value players from a bunch of unrelated teams.

As far as getting three 20/20 teams, Rookie Premiere helps, but isn't absolutely necessary. Right now I'm running 49ers/Commanders/Lions, and the constraints I face are as follows:

52 chem-eligible roster spots
3 chems from the Rare Team Chemistry item
9 possible 2x chem Team Builders players
2 Rookie Premiere players with multiple chems
2 additional chems from one of my Team Captains

That's 68 against the minimum 60 required, which leaves me the option to patch holes in the lineup with superior players that don't contribute to the chemistries.

Strategy item for team chemistries. They’re blue in color. The ones for teams will add three to that team’s chemistry.

S'OK. I was trying to figure out on a recent realignment why I wasn't hitting my chemistry thresholds, and I realized it was the chemistry item itself. Their slot is kind of hidden away in the MUT 25 lineup when compared with previous versions.
