my team builder set is bugged with all the cards showing up as checklisted, but i can't remove them or complete the set. i had 4 cards in yesterday and they changed the set today to require just 4 instead of 5 and now it's bugged like this. would really like to get my cards back and be able to use the set. any help would be greatly appreciated. i can pm account specific info if dm'ed

i did, they didn't do anything. it was bizarre. the guy spoke broken english and told me that he would assist me with contacting ea help, but he was EA help. we went in circles and nothing happened.

that sucks. i know it is 50/50 to get help when i have contacted them before. possible give it another try and hope for someone else
Yea I don’t think EA help is actually around anymore it’s more like a front to make you think you’re actually being helped lol
