attack legends first, they’re easy and always select the token pack not the player pack. tokens are way more valuable than a 80 BND. then attack AKA, once again, you’ll then receive enough tokens for 2 free AKA players. i would select ward and deion both are very very good and usable for a while

then do TOTW, and use your TOTW tokens to get the free 87 BND TOTW hero cards from sets , can pause on these tokens until this weeks TOTW release as there will be new 87s to choose from 

Then attack the most feared solos before the 7/11 as the store offers and currency expires. A) this will progress you through the MF field pass earning you more rewards, and B) there’s also free player packs within this. you should be able to gather about 21,000 fear which will also get you a free 90 BND MF champion like Moss in the fear store for free 

Do hispanic heritage too, believe you’ll get enough tokens to upgrade one hispanic player to a 88 over all through these solos  

finally team builders. you can earn a 82, 86 and 87 for free within these solos, for your 82 maybe go O line or DT etc, someone you want an elite at, but select a skill position for your 86 and 87 team builder free packs

do pay attention to the AKA, Legend and TOTW mini field passes… these include extra tokens for each promo respectively and require stats with X legend/aka/totw players in your line up and require sets. 

also forgot to mention, throw a team captain in your lineup whilst you do all these and you’ll earn a free 91 team captain too. when doing these solos, ensure you have 2 most feared players in your team from the get go so all your stats contribute to the field pass
