Why do I feel like EA is doing these glitches on purpose at this point or is it just that the game is hard to make. What are your thoughts?

I haven't participated in a pack glitch yet. The only one I was in was in mut23 where the presents were glitched. Still annoyed. Had like 104 presents, only received around 35.

If people hear about a pack glitch they go buying packs trying to chase it...or to keep up with those who do...
