Challenges

I got madden last weekend, and my teams an 84, what challenges are crucial? The challenges seem so hard this year too.

AKA and Legends.  Both of those give you tokens that can be redeemed for champions.  At this point, there's enough tokens available for 2 champions from each program.  To get the maximum amount of tokens, you'll have to complete the challenges on the highest difficulty.  Beyond that, Most Feared, Gridiron Guardians, and Breakouts in that order.

Do them all.

Most feared will get you the Upgrade tokens and save up your Fear for a Pack that will get you your choice of a 90 overall.

Hispanic Heritage got me an 88 Left Tackle via Upgrade and a decent Punter.

AKA got me two 90 overall players.

Team Captains got me 88 Jason Elam and 88 Pat Tillman.

The other challenges give you random packs and build your XP for season upgrades, those got me the points to buy the upgrades for 90 Kirkland, 90 Okoye and 90 Dawkins.

I agree that AKA & Legends are great and some of the best rewards. 

Just be aware that some of the Season-Related challenges will only be here for a limited time. You may want to hammer out all of the Most Feared before they are gone. Some of the lower Most feared sets will also disappear shortly after the promotion is over.
