What would you guys recommend or say is the ’best’ strategy card for offense? also, does anyone know of any other program cards for their lineups other than Boom or Bust?

Im still using whatever one we got from the preorder. The +1 THP. I always prefer anything that boosts raw attributes if available.
No clue about the program strats...none that I can think of.
We have to be getting close to getting some upgraded strat cards here w/in the next month. I have been saving mine since the beginning of the game hoping for an exchange.
