Who are your NT and MLB’s? Are they heavy enough? I don’t know how well Madden simulates real life in this regard, but prototypical nose tackles aren’t built for sacks, but for soaking up offensive linemen. If they get shoved out of the way by a single lineman, you’re done.
when you face any kind of singleback formations pinch dline, pinch slants, blitz the players on the wide side of the field. This usually forces then to bounce runs outside and you can scrape over top. Cover 4 and bring safeties down helps a lot also.
Run is generally pretty bad this year, I can almost put my controller down and let cpu play run D
