Auction House, can't help but notice!

I'm sure this only isn't me, but I'll see prices stay the same until I go to sell a player and all the sudden everyone and their mother is undercutting my price. When I buy a player at the going rate, I usually see that same player sell for a 100k or so less than what I paid. It's just an observation. I personally don't care either way. like the John Lennon song, I'm just sitting here watching the wheel go round and round. I really love to watch it roll! I like playing the solo aspects of the game as I've said, and probably already made a comment like this about the auction house too. I just can't help notice guess. I'm still waiting for my 87ovr player from the ultimate alumni challenges even though I don't need it, I earned it, and I want it. It's a matter of principal at this point!
