Does anyone have a decent defense to run in madden 25 rn because this game is making me mad. Can't find a good defense to save my life

Honestly I like mixing in man coverage with zone/match/hybrid (cover 6 willie, cover 9 etc) and keeping the offense guessing. I prefer default align, not base, and sometimes show different shells as well and I can do a ton of things with this that disguises coverage and forces my opponents to try to read post snap, at which point hopefully my DL takes care of it...or, I just get burned, but at least my opponents don't have an easy time calling a beater play.
Learn switch stick, that's the defensive skill gap this year and will ease your experience if you can even get semi decent with it.

Like the other guy said.....mix zone and man.
In addition, have good cornerbacks and try audibles right before the ball snaps. If you are in man, audible to zone, and vice versa.
It seems like the programming picks on the weakness in whatever defense you are running, so knowing the weak spots and slightly adjusting base defenses helps some.

Also keep in mind that some of the coding for defense is jacked up. Not sure if it is intentional or not?
For Example......If I am running Dime Man Cover 2, my middle linebacker has responsibilities for the running back. If the running back motions to the left and lines up in a receiver slot to the left, my middle linebacker follows the back to the offensive left side of the field. But if the running motions to the right and lines up in a receiver slot to the right, my linebacker is incorrectly moving to the opposite side of the field. I know this was happening, so I have to make adjustments for this if I am not usering the middle linebacker.
