What do I do with a BND duplicate?

So I’ve just opened 2x 80+ BND boom packs and pulled 85 Josh Allen in both. As someone who’s relatively new to the game, Im unsure how to deal with something like this as I’ve not experienced it before. Could someone please point me in the right direction? would it make sense to take the 270 training or can I make use of him elsewhere? Thanks!

sell for training. not really much more you can do.
