So I’m not getting my promotion or avoid demotion packs and there’s a glitch apparently where someone can send u a message and it boots u out the game

I do not think anyone is getting packs in the regular season online or squad modes. I tried contacting ea help and got a live person in the chat. The ea worker pretended to know nothing about the issue.
