Is there a database (info) on these different releases like over the top 2....Lower 3 quarters 2 etc.It would help to know what does what so i can make a accurate choice.Thoughts?

not yet, but from what I've seen personally "over the top 2" is similar to gen 2 and is bad. Rodgers has three quarters 3 and i've read most people think that that, Lamar three quarters 1 or Joe Burrow "Over the top 4" are good releases. I didn't care for Josh Allens Lower 3 quarters 2 release either.
