Yesterday I took a dc loss loading into my Super Bowl and since then I’m 18-1 and still stuck in the regular season with no win progress tracking. Wondering if it’s down for everyone or just me

This sounds like a bug that hit many of us on the old gen version of the game back around November - December. My record on the Leaderboard was reset to 0 - 0 and I couldn't advance to playoffs/super bowls. The good news is that your ELO should be reset as well and doesn't advance so you will just play mostly bums. I ended up something like 171 -3 in my current Season before EA fixed the problem.
You could submit a support ticket but we all did back then and all they said was that they know about the problem and are working on it. I think we got a nominal make right... like a few Trophy Packs but nothing near what I missed out on over those couple of months.
